that was what the claim the NY Times made. I just happen to have a 6 yr old to put to the test. It's called no knead bread. Awesome, if it is true. Well, last night she started and today we finished. And it is wonderful. No more crusty bread from the store!

we didn't have a cast iron dutch oven so we did it in our cast iron skillet w/ lid. That's probably why it's wider and shorter. But still yummy!!!!
